Julie and Lucas came to us with a vision for their wedding: great food, drinks flowing and a fantastic band to get the party going, a wedding party. A 10 Bridge Street ‘Party Pair’ wedding is just that!
A guests arrived to the venue they would have spotted Lucas’ motor bike, adorned with a “just married sign”. Inside the venue, the guests spotted a his and hers motorcycle helmets. A great symbol of the adventures Julie and Lucas had already been on and the many more adventures in their future together.
After a beautiful ceremony preformed by 2 of the Bride and Groom’s friends, everyone headed to Kingston’s for a few drinks and canapes. Upon returning to 10 Bridge Street the venue had been transformed from an intimate ceremony venue, to a wedding party venue. To keep thinks informal, we served the 9 course “finger food style” dinner while all the guests mixed and mingled. There was no table plan to be worried about!
Following dinner there were some lovely speeches before the Velvet Lounge Jazz band took to the stage to get the party started.
We wish Julie and Lucas a lifetime of happiness and all the best for their future adventures.

"We recently had our ceremony and reception with 10 Bridge Street. We knew when we got engaged that we didn’t want a traditional wedding and were searching for a venue who could cater for something outside the box. 10 Bridge street was exactly what we were looking for and the only venue we needed to visit. After Katie showed us around and talked us through their informal wedding day we knew it was the one for us. The planning and day was stress free thanks to Katie and all the staff. They accommodated all our requests and facilitated our friends and family to give us the ceremony of our dreams. Our drinks reception across the road which they arranged with Kingstons was so different compared to your typical wedding. Old man pub vibes! Erwin was a dream. Katie facilitated this. For food back in 10 Bridge Street the tapas and informal seating/standing arrangement made everyone at ease and mingle for the night. We had a range of dietary requirements which was no issue from vegan, gluten free to kosher just a few of the examples from a long list of dietary requests! Everyone raved about the food and were stuffed by the final round! Might be biased but it really was the best wedding we were ever at!"
