This October we were so pleased to be the venue for Denise & Laura’s intimate rainbow wedding. While the guest list initially was much larger, due to Covid-19 the brides had to make some changes. In the end the wedding went ahead with 8 guests; however, there was so much love in the room for this wonderful couple it felt like 800 guests.
The ceremony was beautifully officiated by humanist celebrant Ealish Whillock, both the brides looked absolutely beautiful, we particularly liked their choice of comfortable footwear! After the I Do’s the newlyweds took their photographs and utilized many of the K-Fest murals throughout the town with their many rainbow wedding props! The guests relaxed upstairs in the mezzanine in awaiting the return of the new Mrs & Mrs before enjoying their wedding meal. The meal started with tapas style starters, followed by traditional main courses and finished with dessert and a few slices of wedding cake!
While the celebration was small, the love was undeniably big. If we have learned anything throughout this pandemic it is the love conquers all, and we were so happy to celebrate with Laura & Denise, we wish them both a lifetime of happiness.
